Whether you're an athlete, beginner, or experienced lifter we can help to elevate your fitness and sporting journey, through breaking down the barriers of distance and time, enabling our experienced coaches to guide you towards achieving your performance goals.
KEY FEATURES OF OUR ONLINE TRAINING INCLUDE:
INDIVIDUALISED PROGRAMMING:
We design fully individualised programs tailored to your specific needs, goals, fitness levels, injury history and stage of the season (via the Train Heroic App). Reflecting the dynamic nature of training, we make necessary adjustments to your program based on factors like injury, availability, or evolving goals. This ensures optimal progress and performance whilst prioritising your health and well-being
COACHING, COMMUNICATION AND ACCOUNTABILITY:
Stay connected with your coach through regular communication and weekly check-ins via messaging, voice recordings and phone calls.
Allowing for effective progress tracking, exercise technique coaching, and the opportunity to ask any questions you might have.
TESTING AND IN-PERSON SESSIONS:
Accompanying each new program, you have the flexibility to schedule a performance testing session, using the AxIT Force Plate Technology and NordBoard to gain a data based analysis
Additionally, you can attend ‘The Sixth Principle Gym’ facility once a week (when your coach is on shift) to receive semi-private coaching and to fine-tune your technique.
