The Sixth Principle is one of Melbourne's premier High Performance facilities located in Moorabbin. With state of the art free weight area and a wide array of machines to assist with lifting and performance, we also have a specialized Running area fit with 20m Turf Track and separate areas for Jumping, Throwing and Aerobic Conditioning.
Having started in 2018 as a two-man part-time coaching operation, renting space in a gym fitted out in a Squash Centre. The business has transitioned and matured into a self-access personalised gym with Recovery facilities and 6-days per week Coaching Timetable. We currently have six dedicated highly experienced coaches who will play a pivotal role in your development.
With tried and tested programs, over 40 hours of supervised coaching per week, regular check ins and performance testing, premium recovery options and our highly experienced coaching team we know we will get results.
